Marinade: 1 tbsp coriander, 1 tsp cumin, 1 lemongrass (minced), 1 tbsp sugar.
Peanut sauce: 1 cup roasted peanuts, 2 tbsp sweet soy sauce, 1 tsp tamarind paste.
Step-by-Step:

Grill: Cook over charcoal, basting with oil.
Sauce: Blend peanuts, soy sauce, and tamarind with water until smooth.
